I read over the weekend that Taylor Jacobson was recently fired from Rachel Zoe, Inc. I have to say that I would have expected Taylor to quit and not be fired. I hope that Taylor finds happiness and success in her next job venture. She is really smart and talented. I will miss seeing her on the Rachel Zoe Project.

This week on the Rachel Zoe Project Rachel was up in arms about the tabloid rumors about her. She went to a party and changed at least a dozen times because of the way that the dress showed her front or spine. We also saw her host a party and Nicole Richie showed up and talked to her after 2 years of not speaking to each to her. I thought the episode was good and I thought that Rachel looked great in her pictures for Marie Claire Magazine.

Yesterday, on Bravo we watched a new episode of the Rachel Zoe Project. We saw Rachel try to perfect the dress for Anne Hathaway and go shopping for movie star Liv Tyler. I liked some of the pieces that Rachel selected for Liv but I have to say they are all similar to the clothes that I see at regular retail stores around my local community. I would think that the pieces even though simplistic would be unique since they are for a celebrity. I love Rodger, he is the voice of reason at camp Zoe. I do wonder though if Rachel will ever have a baby since she is almost 38 years old now. I liked the episode. Anne looked great in her gown.

I keep reading that celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe is too thin and might be anorexic. This rumor has been going on for years. She has a great relationship with her two employees-Brad and Taylor. I think that she feels pressured to be thin but I also think that she is very busy and openly says that she does not eat lunch. She lives a very stressful life. I like her a lot. She seems like she really cares about people and wants to help them feel beautiful and special. It is none of the press’s business if she is anorexic or too thin. I mean people are constantly criticizing famous women because of their body image. We should all be judged on our actions and work not our looks and weight. Rachel Zoe hopefully will have a season two of her Bravo reality show. I love seeing the fashion and her great style and poise. I love her husband Rodger, he is such a cutie. I love her style and getting to see how real celebrity stylists and designers are like up close. The press should just leave Rachel alone. I mean she styles celebrities, she is not a Hollywood actress,

I have recently read that there may be a season two of the Rachel Zoe Project. The second season if filmed and shown would air in the middle of 2009. I have to say I am missing my Zoe camp so much. I mean Rachel Zoe is so entertaining to me. She is married, wants a baby but at the same time her job and career are so important to her that it literally takes over her life. I know she gets a lot of negative press from celebrity gossip web sites but I still love her.I love Taylor, she is so organized and quirky. I would definitely want her on my fashion team if I were in the business. She is a hard worked and a go getter. You never really see Rachel Zoe bossing her around because she always knows what to do and what is expected of her. I love Rodger, he is such a cutie! I mean he is a savvy business man and husband. I have to give him props if my husband was away as much as Rachel is then I do not think that our marriage would last.I love Brad, he makes me laugh he is so dramatic in his bow ties. I want a season two!

Sadly, this season of the Rachel Zoe Project has come to a close. I am sad to see this show go that is for sure. Last night’s episode was centered around Rachel, Brad, and Taylor handling dressing women like Kate Beckinsale, Jennifer Garner, Demi Moore, and Cameron Diaz. You knew that as usual Brad was going to screw something up and bring the drama. Brad left Rachel without a kit, jewelry, and shoes for her client. A major meltdown ensued because Rachel had to call her friend Joey who was stay at her house and ask him to bring her a kit, shoes, and accessories.

 Taylor is right though, Brad is always talking to Rachel. I mean Rachel basically hired Brad because he dresses nicely and she would have someone to gab with all day. I mean Taylor is always working whereas Brad is always with Rachel or sitting around. He complain that the reason he’s not effective because he doesn’t know what to do but he never asks Taylor if he can help her.Rachel should have trained Brad.

The sweetest moment came when Rodger bought Rachel a 1956 Porsche. Now, she has her Dylan McKay convertible. I love Rodger, he’s the best husband on reality television. Hopefully, there will be a season two of the Rachel Zoe Project soon.

Okay, lately when I visit web sites that have celebrity gossip or news Rachel Zoe’s name is always mentioned and not in a good way. They are now bashing her for being a triple virgo. They are saying she is lying about her age. Do we really care if she is or not? I mean celebrity gossip columnists need to get better material. Rachel Zoe keeps getting accused of being a drug dealer, drug user, and anorexic. I mean she is a celebrity stylist, not a big time celebrity like Angelina Jolie or Nicole Kidman. They constantly bash her on the way she looks which in my opinion is very unfair. This is why people find it okay to shout out things at McCain/Palin rallies because we have deemed it okay to bash celebrities so we can bash anyone and get away with it. It is very sad.

This week’s episode of the Rachel Zoe Project was pretty good. We saw an even more emotional side from Rachel Zoe. Tragically, Rachel’s uncle Jerry passed away. I felt so terrible for her. It was awful that she had to go to a photo shoot instead of her Uncle Jerry’s funeral.

It was Rodger and Rachel’s tenth anniversary. Rachel had wanted to throw a party but Rodger was not having it. Rodger finally stood up to Rachel in a way, she wanted him to go to dinner with her father, but he had an important business function to attend and decided to do what was best for his career. Rodger always plays second fiddle to Rachel’s fashion career so I was proud of him. In the end, Rachel and Rodger just went out for a quiet dinner together for their anniversary.

This was a good episode, this show actually intrigues me now.

The Rachel Zoe Project new episode on 9/30/08 was basically a continuation of last week’s episode. Fashion Week again was  the back drop for this episode. Our favorite male assistant Brad surprised me and stepped up to the plate when an emergency call came in asking for 8 outfits to be shipped to London the next day. He came through and Rachel was impressed as his reward Brad go to be Rachel’s date for the Marc Jacobs after party.

It was nice seeing designers up close and personal. Brad even met famed fashion designers Oscar De La Renta and Diane von Furstenberg. I even saw Nina Garci and Fergie in the audience at some of the fashion shows that we saw. Yet again, Rachel dressed Joy Bryant, the purple dress was okay, but I thought it needed to be more dramatic.

My favorite person Rodger cannot catch a break. He caught a cold and yet again American Express has called him about Rachel’s shopping habits. Every time Rachel shops she mentions Rodger not liking it but she does it anyway. Rachel even said credit cards are better than paying cash, sounds like Rodger needs to put a spending limit on their credit cards.

This episode was pretty decent. I really love Rachel’s passion for fashion. I think she needs to spend more time with Rodger, you can tell that he is lonely sometimes.  I am looking forward to the next new episode, how did you like this week’s episode?
