This week on the newest episode of Hell’s Kitchen I did not think it could get any worse but it did. After Carol’s elimination there were some tense moments like when Chef Ramsay asked Ben and Andrea to step forward and explain why they deserve to stay in Hell’s Kitchen. then he told them to take off their chef’s jackets. They thought they were getting eliminated but instead they got back jackets as did everyone else because there are no more teams. The challenge was to make a dish using the same ingredients. The top two ere Danny and Ben, in the end Ben did the best and got a trip by jet to San Fransisco. He decided to take Robert instead and Robert seemed very touch that Ben decided to take him on the trip. The other people had a punishment to unload all the deliveries and prep for that night’s dinner service. The dinner service was awful, Andrea screwed up early and was asked to leave the kitchen for a time out Jean Phillippe was her cheerleader which I thought was nice. Giovanni had a bad attitude all night and screwed up he even caused Robert to get a second degree burn on his hand. In the end, Giovanni and Andrea were up for elimination and Giovanni went home. However, Gordon Ramsay was appalled at the service and decided to shut down Hell’s Kitchen.

This week on Hell’s Kitchen, times were tough for the contestants. I am always amazed at this show because the contestants obviously have no idea how to actually work on a line and would not be able to run a huge restaurant like the one at the Borgata. The challenge was a taste testing challenge. The red team won and they got to do a photo shoot for TV Guide. The blue team had to serve them food and drinks at the photo shoot and then prep both kitchens again. Lacey had a horrible service as did Carol, Sadly, Lacey had to speak to Lacey twice and then finally sent her packing during service. In the end, the men really stepped it up after Lacey was sent home. Lacey seemed kind of relieved to finally be eliminated and said that her mother had told her not to make enemies early. Sadly, her bad attitude proved futile in the end. In the end, the blue team proved to be victorious. The red team nominated LA and Carol to be eliminated. Gordon nominated Andrea, Carol, and LA. In the end, in a surprising move he eliminated LA instead of Carol or Andrea who are both horrible chefs. I truly think Paula should win the entire thing; she seems like a great chef.

In this week’s episode of Hell’s Kitchen, chaos was the word. The challenge this week was to go head to head and create great dishes. Giovanni is now on the red team and in the end it was tied and came down to him and Ben. In the end, the red team won and got to go to the race track with Chef Ramsay. The blue team’s punishment was to prep both kitchens and clean and polish all of the new dishes. Jay had a terrible dinner service as did Carol and Ben. Jay was told to leave the kitchen and Ben was pulled aside to talk to Chef Ramsay. Paula was complimented on her wellingtons. Jay screwed up the service by ruining the rice for the risotto for both kitchens so risotto was taken of of the menu for the night. In the end, the red team finished getting all of their tickets out first which was not surprising because the blue team was awful. Giovanni on the red team was the best of the night and was a great leader. In the end, it came down to Lacey and Ben but both were given a second chance because Jay was sent home.

On this week’s episode of Hell’s Kitchen, the contestants were catering a Bar Mitzvah celebration for a thirteen year old boy. The challenge this week was to produce three dishes for the boy’s mother and grandmother. They had to produce a hamburger, a brisket, and a soup. The blue team won because Carol put blue cheese on her burger which I guess is not kosher. The team got to go to a spa and have spa treatments. The red team had to prep all of the food and put together the floor which was basketball parquet. Dinner service was okay, nothing spectacular Koi had problems and both teams had issues. Jean Phillipe had to work with a party planner and the cake got smashed. The highlight of the night at least for the party goers was the fun that the boy had and he got to play basketball with the Harlem Globetrotters. In the end, the blue team won; for some reason Chef Ramsay thought that Andrea was the best of the worst which was very shocking. Andrea nominated Koi and LA; why she picked LA I will never know she must be jealous of how good of a chef she is. In the end, Chef Ramsay sent Koi home because he said she just was not a strong chef.

This week on the newest episode of Hell’s Kitchen, Lacey started on the men’s team. The challenge was to create a Japanese infused dish in pairs of two. The ladies won the challenge and Paula was commended for her dish. The ladies got to watch Jean Phillippe and Gordon Ramsay Sumo wrestle and they even wrestled each other. Then, they went to a Japanese restaurant and had Sake shots. The men were punished by having to make origami cranes and fortune cookies. Lacey helped the men learn how to make their origami cranes. Dinner service was horrible. Gordon Ramsay ticked off Robert by constantly calling him Bobby. Andrea failed at the meat station; she kept burning the bottoms of the wellingtons and she hid three of them which Chef Ramsay found and yelled at her for. J also had problems at his meat station and even forgot an order. Lacey emerged as a leader and did quite well. Colleen screwed up the desserts and had undercooked pears with undercooked dough. In the end, Andrea and J were nominated because no one won the dinner service. However, Chef Ramsay told Colleen she was out because she had failed at every dinner service but told her she had spunk and fight.

This week on Hell’s Kitchen, steak was the word. Robert was sad because it was his wedding day but he gave it up to be a contestant on the show. He said it is for his and his fiance’s future. The challenge was to properly assign name tags to eight cuts of meat, then put where the cuts go on a plastic cow. Both sides did horribly, but in the end the men’s team won and got to go on a private plane to a steakhouse dinner with Chef Ramsay. The ladies had to butcher meat and were treated to the least popular parts of the cow- tongue, liver, lips etc for lunch. Some of the women began puking; Andrea took the loss the hardest. At dinner service, the teams were each getting two hours to serve and then members of both teams would be waiters and waitresses. Giovanni was horrible at the meat station even though he was a chef at a steakhouse. Seth butchered a fillet way too much and ticked off Chef Ramsay. Charlie and Lacey were horrible at the front of the house. In the end, the ladies won the challenge by serving the most entrees. The men nominated Seth and Charlie and in a surprising move Charlie went home instead of Seth. What did you think of this episode?

Last week on Hell’s Kitchen, Chef Ramsay showed the contestants all of their waste from the last episode. Then, the challenge was to shuck scallops and clean scallops without stabbing and gashing them. The men won the challenge and their reward was to go to Catalina Island with Chef Ramsay. The girls had to prep for the night’s service and they were having a raw seafood bar and needed to set it up. Lacey gave up and spent most of the pre time upstairs. Ji got injured and hurt her foot she went on though and did an excellent job during the dinner service. Both teams finished their dinner services but the men did the job the fastest so they were declared the winners. Colleen and Lacey were put up to be eliminated. However, Ji spoke up because she was in terrible pain and nominated herself to go home. The team did not want Ji to go home because she is a great chef, Gordon Ramsay decided to cut Ji. However, he let her keep her chef’s jacket and commended her on continuing even though she was in tremendous pain.

A few days I heard about a scandal involving my favorite television chef. His name is Gordon Ramsay and he works in the United States and all over Europe. The newspapers have been reporting that Gordon Ramsay is cheating on his wife Tana with a woman named Sarah Symonds. Sarah wrote a book about being the other woman. This scandal has caused quite a stir all over Europe where the Ramsay family lives. Tana Ramsay even cancelled her family’s very expensive Christmas holiday because people are always around the family asking questions. This scandal is stupid in my opinion, why is it the press’s business if Gordon Ramsay is cheating on his wife of twelve years or not? I love his shows. I even have seen his English shows when I had the BBC channel. I really think he cares about his family. It is the holiday season and his wife and kids must be feeling awful. Hopefully, the press will stop harassing the Ramsay family soon. I mean this is a marital matter, not a public matter. Whether Gordon did cheat or not, he still is good entertainment on television. We should all respect their privacy.

Last night, I watched one of the two new episodes of Kitchen Nightmares. The restaurant was in Stamford, Connecticut. It was called Sabatiello’s.It was an Italian Grille run by a man named Sammy. The place had decent decor and had been popular before but it was suffering due to poor food and Sammy’s bad attitude with staff and his customers. The kitchen was spotless but the chef and his brigade was putting raw chicken with already cooked chicken and serving frozen items from days before to customers. His chef Jose didn’t really listen to him and did whatever he wanted. Gordon watched as Sammy confronted a customer. The woman had not had her lamb cooked properly, she asked to have it cooked more. The chef heated it up in the microwave per Sammy’s request. The waiter brought it out and the plate was warm, the lady said it was microwaved and she wanted it sent back. Sammy lied to her and said that it was not microwaved when it was and caused quite a huge scene in front of the customers. Many of the customers were shocked at what Sammy had done.I mean he lied about the food and he made the woman seem like she was being unreasonable when she was not. Gordon decided to change the menu and bring in fresh quality products. In the end the chef had some problems but Sammy went to work in the kitchen and they finished strong.
