Now, after having watched the entire season of Flipping Out, I have to say that I do not think that Ryan really did anything wrong. He did not steal any business from Jeff. I love Jeff, but in my opinion, he is jealous that Ryan has his life together and has a partner and a daughter. You can see Jeff mention that he wants those things. In Jeff’s eyes, Ryan has the life he envisioned for himself and Ryan. I do think that Ryan should have tried to get Jeff more business, but Jeff did not exactly make Ryan rich, Ryan invested his own time and money on every house and had his design business for years. I hope these two can mend their relationship.

This week on our favorite show, Flipping Out OCD designer/ house flipper Jeff had food poisoning.This left Jenni Pulos in charge. I liked how in charge Jenni was. You can see that she does understand what she is talking about. I do think that the Stradella property owner wanted to let Jeff pay for everything and then pay whenever she wanted.  I applaud Jeff for telling Jenni to shut down the job site when his workers are not getting paid. You need to make sure that your workers can provide for their families. I think that the episode was really great.

Last week on Flipping Out, Rachel finally decided to quit working for her friend Jeff Lewis. I have to say I knew from the start that she would not mesh well there. She has known Jeff for over a decade and you can tell that she had enough. She was late twice in a row but no one asked her if maybe she had personal issues that she was going through. I like this season but I hope that the Jeff/ Ryan blowup is not too severe.

Flipping out has come back to Bravo and I have to say I have missed Jeff Lewis and his crew so very much. I love his new intern Trace, his excuse about being late due to playing online checkers before he can get out of bed was priceless. He is so Jeff like. I feel bad for Jenni’s dating woes. I like that Jeff is living at Valley Oak, it suits him. I think that Rachel will not last long as an assistant though. I think that this season is great so far.

Flipping Out is currently filming its third season.Last night, Bravo aired a marathon of the last season’s shows. There were even comments of the bottom of the screen from viewers who were watching the show. There were also blog postings from Jeff and Jenni listed. How can Jeff Lewis survive in the terrible housing market? I know he does own some rental properties but he always spends a lot of money on renovating his homes and making then very unique and special. There are some good buys in the housing market. However, there is such a big inventory of homes right now. Jeff had issues selling his last few homes. They looked very beautiful but it can be very hard to sell million dollar homes in this economy. Now, last season we saw that Jenni and Chris ended their marriage. Hopefully, Jenni will start dating again because she deserves to be happy. Do you like the show Flipping Out?

Right now, I am watching a Flipping Out marathon on Bravo. The show has not come back for another season even though I wish that it would. I love Jeff Lewis, he is such a character. Right now I am watching Jeff and Jenny in the car. These two are like soul mates only they cannot be together because Jeff Lewis is a homosexual. It is basically like the show Will and Grace. This season was all about the nanny cam, Jeff installed it to catch his employees not working.Now,Chris Keslar had no chance at surviving Jeff Lewis’s office. Chris’s sister is Angela Keslar from Project Runway. Jeff loves to humiliate people that he employs. He thought that he was going to be able to help with the interior design of the homes but that did not prove to be the case. I felt bad for him because he had to leave Jefff Lewis’s office. I mean he could not take being told to do things like steal avocados from a neighbor’s tree or get yelled at for not bring guacamole. I love this show, hopefully it comes back soon.
