The Real World has been on since 1992. It is still going strong and will premiere its twentieth season this Wednesday. The new Real World is Real World Brooklyn. There will be eight room mates this time which is a first for the reality series. Hosts Wes Bergmann and Suchin Pak hosted a show that goes behind the scenes of the Real World reality series. The crew on the Real World reality tv show is not allowed to even talk to the roommates. I had no idea that they do this. The crew actually signs contracts saying that they will not date or talk to the room mates. There is a reason why the Real World usually tries to get warehouses as the houses that they film in. They need at least seven thousand feet to film and five thousand additional feet for the crew. It is interesting how much stuff goes on behind the scenes of the show. The crew said it can be hard to film people hooking up but they have to do it. The crew also said that they had to bring in more technology because room mates kept trying to duck the cameras. It was an interesting special.
